Who we are

Versatex LLC ("Versatex", "we") is a managed procurement services company located at 324 W. 9th Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. This policy covers information collected through this website.

What we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form — name, work email, company, and optionally your role, spend range, and message.
• Access requests (analytics, client, or vendor access) — name, company or organization, work email, and for vendors what you supply.
• Newsletter signup — work email.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect the site. What you submit through a form is also written to those application logs — including your name, work email, and company — so that a submission is never lost if email delivery fails.

How we use it

We use what you submit to do the thing you asked for: send the document you requested, respond to your inquiry, or deliver the newsletter. We may follow up about your request. That's it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we don't set tracking cookies.
• We don't send marketing you didn't ask for — every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.

Service providers

This site runs on Railway (hosting, United States) behind Cloudflare (content delivery and abuse protection). Form submissions are emailed to us by Resend (email delivery) and are recorded in Railway's application logs. We do not keep a separate customer database for this website. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. Each of these providers processes the data only to provide their service to us.

The client area (sign in) uses WorkOS for authentication and sets a strictly necessary session cookie. That cookie is not used for tracking.

Retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business follow-up. Copies held in application logs are deleted automatically when our hosting provider's log retention window elapses.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete information you've shared with us, call +1 (513) 824-4750 or reach us through the contact page, and we'll take care of it. Requests to delete cover the copies we control; entries already written to time-limited application logs age out on the schedule above.

Changes

If we change how this site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
